Upon Purchasing my Services, you automatically agree to the conditions below.

Violators of these Terms will be marked as unable to commission me, without any warning.

I WILL NOT be held responsible for any misconceptions, if you have not read my terms of service thoroughly.

The Artist and Client both acknowledge that any materials or information given to either party, that is not visible to the general public, outside of work developments, is to be deemed confidential information and WILL not be disclosed to any other party without explicit written permission from the owner of said information.

YOU must be 18 or older and legally able to commit to an agreement or have a legal guardian to make this agreement on your behalf.

YOU may NOT change, modify or edit my works.

DO NOT share the files with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

I will always be able to post W.I.P.'s and previews of your commission; if you would like for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

A fee will be applied for the request of a "private" commission. (A commission specifically requested not to be posted on my social media accounts or shared with the general public)

I may change my prices even if you have a slot reserved on my waitlist.

Once your commission is finished, I will send you any files through E-mail.

YOU are responsible for the saving of any information or data I provide you, Commissions may be recovered for a fee of $20.

I have the right to deny any commission request if I feel I am unable to draw or am uncomfortable with said request.

depending on the complexity of your request, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem appropriate.

All payments are in USD, you will be responsible for any conversion needed.

I WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL

Paypal fees ARE NOT included in my estimated prices.

I will give you an estimated delivery time, although subject to change due to personal issues, injury or illness.

50% of the initial price must be paid upfront, the rest can be paid after the commissioned piece is finished.

NO refunds or chargebacks, in the occasion you request one you forfeit your rights to the commissioned piece, The chargeback will be declined and Paypal will be supplied with all of my Terms of Service info, and conversations regarding the commission being completed or in progress.

A refund is only possible if I delete, misplace or am incapable of completing the commission.

A payment invoice means you acknowledge and accept the terms of service

You will not receive any unwatermarked or completed pieces until full payment has been made.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work when posted on my Websites and Social Media.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Intellectual property and credits will still be held by the artist.

Every variation/ edit or change must refer to me as the original artist.

Credit to me, the artist, is mandatory when publicly using your commission

I hold all rights to the commissioned piece, so you may use it for private purposes only.

I may use the art you’ve commissioned on banners, websites, prints and/or my portfolio.

You MUST credit me as the creator of the commissioned art when you post the work on social media, there are no exceptions whatsoever.

You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to the artist, me.
